In Schwoich (Austria), we operate an innovation and development center with VAHLE Automation GmbH. With production sites at our headquarters in Kamen as well as in Dortmund, we exclusively supply high-quality products "made in Germany". We maintain service locations worldwide so that we can respond to customer inquiries at short notice anywhere at any time.
Our portfolio includes products from the fields of power transmission (vPOWER), data communication (vCOM), positioning (vPOS) and control (vDRIVE). With our flexible solutions, we primarily address customers from the amusement rides, intralogistics, people movers, crane technology, automotive, port technology and general industry.

Compact conductor system VCL
The VAHLE Compact Line (VCL) is a versatile, modular energy system ideal for track-guided vehicles in intralogistics. It offers reliable power transmission, even in contaminated environments, with low maintenance and long service life. The VCL is compact for shuttle applications and integrates easily with VAHLE Multi Carrier (VMT) for AS/RS and stacker cranes.
The VKS10 by VAHLE is a compact conductor system designed for stacker cranes, widely used by leading suppliers. It supports the transmission of drive power, control currents, and signals. With up to 10 poles and a wide power range, it is ideal for various applications, including aisle and lift mast use.
The system’s universal VTP profile allows for large suspension distances and easy integration of positioning systems, eliminating the need for complex structures. It is also compatible with VAHLE’s Smart Collector, enabling early fault detection and optimized maintenance planning.
CPS 140kHz
The CPS140 by VAHLE is a compact and powerful inductive power transmission system designed for mobile applications. It offers a contactless, wear-free solution, reducing maintenance and operating costs while enabling high peak power and unlimited driving speeds.
The CPS140 is ideal for linear applications such as sorter systems and packaging machines, with a 140 kHz variant. For heavier systems like AGVs or cranes, the 20 kHz version provides a higher power alternative. Its scalable design, with flexible primary units and pickups, offers significant cost advantages in environments with multiple mobile applications.
Control System
The VAHLE VCSX control series is a modular and configurable system designed for electric monorail applications in production and logistics. It offers flexible combinations in housing sizes, power classes, data transmission, encoder support, and I/O connections, making it easily adaptable to various transport tasks.
With pre-defined standard designs, VAHLE ensures quick delivery and easy retrofitting, making it highly compatible with existing systems. The VCSX, combined with the VCS-SMG-SAFE drive control, meets complex safety requirements. It supports PROFINET/PROFIsafe data transmission and offers additional options like rail bus communication, enhancing efficiency and flexibility.
